@melanie - Touché. I guess it would come down to a personal decision. Take the risks listed, or clean up a mess of blood and brain matter.

Personally, I'd shoot the guy. Call the coroner, then call the crime scene cleanup guys, then go back to bed.

As a mother to a 17 year old daughter, I would love to buy that guy a beer.

(One plus of proper sleeper hold vs. gun is that there is not really a mess to clean up after with the sleeper hold)
